Mike Jordan and Dame Andrea Jenkyns

Yesterday, Mike Jordan, Reform UK Interim Chairman of Wetherby and Easingwold, and North Yorkshire councillor for Camblesforth & Carlton, joined the 100,000th member of Reform UK, Dame Andrea Jenkyns to deliver leaflets and talk to folk in the by-election of Featherstone, West Yorkshire.

Andrea Jenkyns left the Conservative Party for Reform UK in November 2024, announcing her candidacy for Reform in the 2025 election for the newly created Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire.

In Featherstone it is a straight fight between Reform UK and Labour, with our candidate Ashir Bas receiving plenty of support on the streets. The election is on Dec 12th and there is always room for supporters to come over and help!!

Reform UK is only party standing up for the ‘ordinary man and woman’ in the street, with Labour supporters noticeably absent — try asking people if they agreed to the cutting of the Winter Fuel Payment, the student fees going up, to farmers losing out resulting in in lower food production, or if they agreed to NI going up for the businesses they work for that will result in reduced investment, and indeed employment!

And, ask them to show where any of these proposals were disclosed in the Labour Manifesto in the run up to the General Election!

Every time there is a by-election Reform UK will be there to offer you an alternative to lies, rhetoric and the catastrophic policies of this Labour Administration.
