“Ready to govern.  Willing to serve.”

Reform UK is the fastest growing political party in British history, expanding from under 20,000 members at the end of 2023, to over 92,000 members as at October 2024.  The Party has more members than the SNP, the Greens and the Liberal Democrats.  It will only be a matter of time before the Party overtakes The Conservative Party – a party that has been around for over 200 years.  Reform UK has been here for only 4 years.

In the General Election of 2024 Reform UK received over 4 million votes across the country, securing 14% of the popular vote and returning 5 Members of Parliament.

In North Yorkshire the Party has ambitious goals and is targeting over 50 seats for the North Yorkshire County elections in 2027, aiming to be the largest political group on the Council and ready to provide governance, eliminate council waste and to secure the best deal for the county’s taxpayers.

Dispelling the myths

Due to Reform UK’s rapid rise in the polls and recent success at the 2024 General Election, it comes as no surprise that the Party has come under attack from its political opponents.

Often dubbed as ‘extreme’ or ‘far right’ the Party is nothing but these things. On the contrary we are actually opposed the to extremes that have been peddled by current and previous Administrations.

Contrary to public belief, the Party is not opposed to immigration, simply the levels of unlimited immigration being imposed on the British people.

The Party is not opposed to green energy, simply the zealot-like obsession for green energy at the expense of other forms – Reform UK seeks a balanced energy mix.

Indeed, our approach to the full array policy areas, from education to health, defence to the economy, and welfare to food production, you will find that we always seek sensible, pragmatic and expedient solutions to Britain’s problems.
